Need help cleaning your fish? Jim and your attendants will happily assist you. Be sure to ask Jim to fillet some of your fish with his axe. This famous feat has been upheld through 3 Booi generations. You'll watch Y-Bones removed from a Pike using his two- bitted axe and his 16- inch Booi- custom- made knife. Booi's fish cleaning facility floats on the island shore; equipped with complimentary freezer paper, tape and markers for preserving any fillets you choose to take home. Each cottage is equipped with its own chest freezer.
